Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance with 5–8 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Advanced knowledge of GAAP, cost accounting, financial analysis, and GAAP compliance.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills for stakeholders.
• Ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial partners.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide accounting guidance, analysis, and direction to division leadership.
• Monitor, analyze, and report monthly results and KPIs; report variances.
• Process financial transactions and journal entries for monthly closings.
• Ensure GAAP compliance for invoicing, currency, revenue, and forecasting.
• Lead the division's annual physical inventory counts.
• Monitor inventory levels and perform inventory analysis.
• Oversee product cost information and cost control across budgets.
• Provide financial data to support annual business planning.
• Advise, train, and mentor analysts and finance staff.
• Promote a positive, professional image with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
