Job summary

Mitsubishi Power is seeking a Project Financial Analyst II to manage and analyze the financial performance of New Generation Systems projects in Lake Mary, FL. You will support project managers and finance leaders with budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and policy compliance.

The role demands strong analytical ability, experience with SAP, and excellent communication. Travel up to 10% may be required as part of collaborating with stakeholders and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of direct experience in project financial analysis.
• Experience using SAP.
• Experience with financial forecasting and cost analysis preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and email.
• Willingness to travel 5–10%.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Track, control, and forecast project budgets in accordance with company accounting policies.
• Lead monthly Estimate at Completion (EAC) reviews and validate financial projections.
• Monitor cash flow, invoicing, and cost allocation in coordination with project stakeholders.
• Prepare financial reports including variance analysis, budget tracking, and cash flow summaries.
• Identify financial risks, cost overruns, and recommend corrective actions.
• Support financial close activities and audits while contributing to continuous improvement of finance processes.
• Perform other duties as required.
