Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• 5–8 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Advanced knowledge of GAAP and cost accounting.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a team on multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide accounting guidance and direction to division leadership and serve as primary contact between manufacturing divisions and Accounting.
• Monitor, analyze, and report monthly results and KPIs, reporting variances and trends.
• Process financial transactions and journal entries for monthly closings.
• Ensure GAAP compliance for invoicing, currency exchange, forecasting and revenue/cost recognition.
• Plan and lead division inventory counts and analyze inventory levels.
• Support annual business planning with financial data and insights.
• Advise and train analysts on data capture and system entry.
• Collaborate with customers, vendors and internal departments to uphold the division's professional image.
