Job summary

Cirtec Medical is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst in Minnesota to become a strategic partner to our engineering and manufacturing teams.

This role will actively participate in developing a long-term operations strategy, driving key financial metrics, and leading process improvements to enhance overall financial performance. The successful candidate will have 7+ years in industrial manufacturing, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience with standard cost and project costing.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Develop robust reporting around manufacturing activity and financial results.
• Lead standard cost processes including labor rates, routings, and material cost.
• Collaborate with site Finance peers to share best practices and drive change.
• Create metrics and tools for daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly plant performance reporting.
• Ensure savings targets related to capital investments are delivered.
• Provide sound financial analyses to support capital investments and sourcing decisions.
• Develop forward-looking analyses to support program milestones and budgets.
