Job summary

This role focuses on plant-level financial reporting, cost control, and operational decision support, partnering with plant, procurement and quality functions to ensure accurate results.

You will work with the Operations Controller and cross-functional partners in supply chain, CI, and budgeting, gaining hands-on exposure to cost accounting,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in finance, cost accounting, or FP&A in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to partner with operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly close for freight, logistics costs, and tariff accounting.
• Prepare plant budgeting, variance analysis, and reporting for leadership.
• Support CI projects, scorecards, and working capital metrics.
