This role partners with executive leadership, operations, supply chain, and manufacturing teams to drive profitability, inventory accuracy, and strategic decision-making through standard costing, ERP insights, and advanced financial modeling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years in manufacturing finance, cost accounting, or operations finance.
• Strong standard costing and manufacturing cost accounting background.
• ERP experience, preferably SAP.
• Advanced Excel skills for modeling and analysis.
• Ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Maintain standard costing systems and cost rollups.
• Analyze variances: labor, material, overhead.
• Support inventory valuation and COGS reconciliation.
• Partner with operations to identify cost reductions.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
• Provide reporting for leadership and KPIs.
