Cirtec Medical is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst in Minnesota to become a strategic partner to our engineering and manufacturing teams.
This role will actively participate in developing a long-term operations strategy, driving key financial metrics, and leading process improvements to enhance overall financial performance. The successful candidate will have 7+ years in industrial manufacturing, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience with standard cost and project costing.

The Sr. Financial Analyst will be a strategic thought and business partner to support both our engineering and manufacturing groups. The successful candidate will be a hands-on, participative manager. The Sr. Financial Analyst will participate in the development of a long-term operations strategy for the manufacturing and engineering groups, and they will drive execution of the key elements. He/she will create, monitor, and drive the achievement of financial operational metrics across all functional areas. The Sr. Financial Analyst is a critical participant in all significant decisions within the functional area, facilitating strong analysis and problem solving, as required. The Sr. Financial Analyst is expected to drive execution of key business initiatives and outcomes. It is expected that the Financial Analyst will drive process improvements through a variety of projects and initiatives that will result in superior financial performance.
$100,000-$145,000/year depending on qualifications and experience.
