Qualifications

• Knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques is highly desired.
• Ability to produce and interpret financial reports and analyses; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist plant managers and production staff with understanding financial objectives and cost performance.
• Help analyze workload decisions, pricing quotes, and workload mix for cost effectiveness.
• Prepare monthly reports and forecasts of business activity and financial position.
• Support annual plant budgets and capital expenditure justifications.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and maintain unit cost data for inventory.
