• Independently perform budgetary analyses and resource management duties.

• Perform self-assessments and represent the organization in financial audits.
• Develop institutional metrics and align with the Institutional Work Breakdown Structure.
• Draft policies and procedures reflecting financial standards and DOE/NNSA guidelines.
