Job summary

Reporting to the Associate Director of Compliance, you will lead a team within Enrollment Management, collaborate with the Office of Flyer Student Services, and develop documentation to drive consistent financial aid updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree OR five years of experience working in financial aid with progressive growth in responsibilities
• 2 years of experience in a university one-stop office providing financial aid counseling to students and families or within a financial aid office
• Attention to detail and precision in financial data handling
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical skills to assess and evaluate student scenarios for education and counseling
• Ability to streamline processes and improve workflows
• Knowledge of student Financial Aid laws, regulations, internal controls, compliance, and audit concepts

Responsibilities

• Administer and reconcile federal, state, and institutional aid programs
• Support processes such as packaging, FAFSA review, and loan processing
• Oversee FAFSA corrections
• Collaborate with Office of Flyer Student Services to address service and operational needs
• Create and update documentation to drive consistency in financial aid account updates
