The role provides strategic leadership for Processing and Operations and Student Services and Outreach, overseeing administrations affecting over 60,000 students and more than $1 billion in yearly financial aid funding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in student financial aid, higher education administration, or a related field.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic leadership for the Processing and Operations and Student Services and Outreach units within OSFA.
• Supervise and evaluate senior-level staff and ensure achievement of goals.
• Lead organizational development, training, and policy governance within assigned units.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, institutional, and program-specific regulations.
• Collaborate with campus and external partners to ensure consistent interpretation of policies.
