Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in financial services.
• 3+ years recruiting financial advisors or sales professionals.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, human resources, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic recruitment plan to expand the financial advisor team.
• Identify, engage, and attract experienced financial advisors through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.
• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates for qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with firm values.
• Partner with leadership to define recruitment goals and hiring targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with potential firms, ensuring a robust pipeline.
• Coordinate onboarding to ensure a seamless transition for new advisors.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Represent the firm at industry events, conferences and networking opportunities.
