Kingswood U.S. is seeking a dynamic Financial Advisor Recruiter to source, attract, and onboard top-tier independent RIAs. The recruiter will develop recruiting strategies to bring experienced advisors and high-potential talent into the firm, partnering with leadership to define hiring targets and build a robust pipeline.

This NYC-based role requires strong networking, industry knowledge, and relationship-building skills to represent the firm at events and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment in financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, HR, or related field.
• 3+ years recruiting financial advisors or sales professionals.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute a strategic recruitment plan to expand the advisor team.
• Identify, engage, and attract experienced financial advisors through networking and referrals.
• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates for qualifications and fit.
• Partner with leadership to define recruitment goals and hiring targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with potential firms to ensure a robust pipeline.
• Coordinate onboarding for seamless transitions for new advisors.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors' hiring practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Represent the firm at industry events, conferences and networking opportunities.
