You will partner with sales leadership to craft innovative sourcing plans, generate leads, manage interviews, and leverage social media and recruiting technology to attract top talent while upholding ethical standards and a commitment to diversity.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of success in sales recruiting within insurance/wealth management/financial services.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong connections within Michigan.
• Experience with social media recruiting and recruiting technology.
• Networking and community building as primary recruitment strategies.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with preference for recruiting sales roles.
• Independent, outcome-focused with strong organizational skills and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales management to craft sourcing strategies to recruit financial services professionals.
• Generate and vet leads, manage interviews, and support leadership in talent pipeline growth.
• Engage with social media platforms and marketing campaigns to draw in top-tier talent.
• Engage with internal and external networks for candidate sourcing and referrals.
• Uphold integrity in talent management and champion diversity and inclusion.
• Implement strategies to maintain engagement with potential candidates.
• Screen for cultural fit and alignment with our core values.
• Stay informed on massmutual great lakes value proposition to attract high-quality candidates.
