Job summary

Stord is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to own Finance full-cycle recruiting. You will partner with Finance leadership to understand needs, craft sourcing strategies, and deliver exceptional candidate experiences from outreach to offer.

This high-visibility role shapes the finance team that supports Stord’s growth. You’ll manage a high-volume pipeline across Finance and SG&A, collaborating with People Ops and Compensation to ensure scalable and compliant hiring.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, focused on Finance and/or Accounting hiring.
• Proven success recruiting Accountants, Controllers, or Finance Managers.
• Strong sourcing skills with advanced Boolean/X-ray search and passive outreach.
• Ability to credibly engage Finance stakeholders and translate requirements into plans.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with candidates and managers.
• Experience managing a high-volume, multi-req pipeline in a fast-growth setting.
• Proficient with ATS systems (Workday/Greenhouse/Lever) and recruiting tools.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting for Finance and SG&A roles, including intake, sourcing, screening, and offers.
• Partner with Finance leaders to define role requirements and hiring plans.
• Develop sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates for hard-to-fill roles.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience from first outreach through close.
• Track pipeline health, metrics, and provide market insights to teams.
• Collaborate with People Ops, Compensation, and other TA partners to ensure compliant hiring.
