Job summary

Stord, The Consumer Experience Company, is expanding its People team and seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to own full-cycle recruiting for Finance. You will partner with Finance leadership to understand hiring needs, craft sourcing strategies, screen candidates for technical accounting and business acumen, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first outreach through offer.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on Finance/Accounting hiring.
• Experience recruiting for Accountants, Controllers, or Finance Managers.
• Strong sourcing skills including Boolean/X-ray search and passive candidate outreach.
• Ability to credibly engage Finance stakeholders and translate requirements into sourcing strategies.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with high stakeholder satisfaction.
• Proficiency with ATS and recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, extensions).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting for Finance and SG&A roles, from intake to close.
• Build and execute sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates for hard-to-fill Finance roles.
• Partner with Finance hiring managers to define role requirements and calibrate candidate profiles.
• Deliver a thoughtful, transparent candidate experience from outreach to offer.
• Develop fluency in accounting, finance, and business operations to screen for depth and fit.
• Track pipeline metrics and share market insights with teams.
• Refine interview processes and scoring to reduce time-to-hire.
• Collaborate with People Ops, Compensation, and other TA partners on hiring practices.
