Job summary

Stord Inc. is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to own full-cycle recruitment for data, product, and engineering roles. You will build sourcing strategies, assess technical depth, and partner with leaders to forecast headcount while delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.

You will drive high-volume, high-impact hiring in a fast-growing company, leveraging ATS tools and market insights to inform hiring plans and improve time-to-fill.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, focused on technical and/or product hiring.
• Proven success filling roles such as Software Engineers, Data Engineers, Data Scientists, AI/ML Engineers, or Product Managers.
• Strong sourcing skills including advanced Boolean/X-ray search and passive candidate outreach.
• Able to credibly engage technical stakeholders and translate requirements into effective screening plans.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting for technical and product roles including intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, and closing.
• Partner with engineering and product leaders to define role requirements and hiring plans that scale with the business.
• Deliver a thoughtful candidate experience and build a strong employer brand for Stord.
• Utilize data to track pipeline metrics and drive process improvements in time-to-hire.
• Collaborate with People Ops and Compensation to ensure consistent, equitable hiring practices.
