Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to lead the Finance, Accounting, and Cost departments and act as a strategic partner to profit center leadership in Austin, TX. You will drive financial reporting, risk management, and adherence to GAAP across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 10+ years in project or construction finance.
• Accounting knowledge of GAAP; CMA/CFA/MBA or accounting certificate may be required.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret large financial data and forecast risks.
• Experience with financial oversight, monitoring, and strategic planning.
• Proficient in SAP and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead Finance and Cost departments and manage financial reporting.
• Partner with profit center leadership and executive team.
• Develop annual profit plan and forecasting reports.
• Oversee cash management and cost optimization initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, IAS, ERISA, IRS and internal policies.
• Drive continuous improvement and mentor finance staff.
