Qualifications

• MBA or CFA or equivalent financial credentials required.
• Experience leading capital allocation and resource allocation at a large financial institution.
• Strong executive communication and ability to frame complex analyses for leadership decisions.
• Proven ability to build and scale high-performing analytical teams.
• Experience with scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, and external risk perspectives.
