Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead annual resource allocation strategy processes to drive growth and profitability.
• Engage with ELT and BAs to align Enterprise strategy with allocations.
• Collaborate on financial analysis and modeling for resource allocation decisions.
• Develop relationships with internal stakeholders including BA leadership and finance.
• Provide strategic guidance on allocation and investment decisions.
• Lead cross-functional teams to implement allocation plans.
