Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, management consulting, or related fields, including leading complex initiatives.
• Experience owning budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and business performance management for a significant area.
• Financial modeling and analytical capabilities, with ability to translate analysis into strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own financial performance management across multiple LOBs and Functions, establish KPIs and provide senior leadership with perspective on performance and actions.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across functions, align stakeholders on assumptions, advise on investments and tradeoffs.
• Direct financial modeling and scenario analysis for go-to-market strategy, investments, and growth opportunities; synthesize findings for executives.
