U.S. Bank seeks a Director for FICC Financial Risk & Strategy to lead strategic analysis, balance sheet allocation, and funding decisions across FICC businesses.

You will collaborate with Corporate Treasury and Finance to align capital and liquidity with strategic priorities. The role requires 8+ years in financial resource management within capital markets or banking, with strong modeling and regulatory knowledge.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience in financial resource management, treasury, corporate development, or strategy within capital markets or banking.
• Strong understanding of balance sheet management, funds transfer pricing, and regulatory capital/liquidity frameworks (LCR, NSFR, CET1).
• Experience with broker-dealer capital frameworks (SEC Rule 15c3-1) a plus.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or CFA designation preferred.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to synthesize complex regulatory and financial topics into clear, decision-ready materials.
• FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses required, or ability to obtain within a defined onboarding period.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing materials for senior management and governance committees.

Aufgaben

• Lead balance sheet planning submissions and cross-LOB dashboards for senior management.
• Analyze regulatory developments (Category II transition, LCR/NSFR, CET1) and their impact on FICC resources.
• Drive allocations, funding, and liquidity analyses across FICC desks and products.
• Support broker-dealer capital and funding analysis, including net capital frameworks.
• Partner with Corporate Treasury on FTP methodology and lending analyses.
• Prepare rating agency materials and integration workstreams from a strategic lens.
• Contribute to franchise-building initiatives and junior talent programs.
