Qualifications

• 2+ years of significant Finance or Accounting experience.
• Experience with procurement, acquisition, and purchase orders, as you will manage these on day 1 and look for ways to streamline the work processes.
• Capacity to take ownership while dealing with competing needs.
• Solid analytical abilities with the capacity to analyze large data sets.
• Solid interpersonal abilities, business sense, and the capacity to lead cross‑functional meetings.
• Relationship builder – capacity to build solid cross‑functional relationships and engage with stakeholders.
• Flexibility – adaptable in a constantly changing environment of content, finance, and bookkeeping challenges.
• For LG based competitor, capacity to go on periodic trips to the Los Angeles office in Southern California.

Responsibilities

• Speaking with the Inventive and Item groups to drive cross‑functional vendor acquisition and understand the status/timeline of deliverables.
• Assist closely with the business to help their procurement choices and vendor organizations for scale, cost efficiencies and to guarantee a differentiated and economically engaged provider chain to keep up with the evolving needs of our business.
• Setting‑up buy orders (POs) to guarantee proper cost allocation for financial reporting and analysis.
• Driving tasks that support process improvement and automation of manual work.
• Effectively take part in project roadmap development and end‑to‑end testing.
• Overseeing vendors and invoicing processes: investigate vendor statements, ensure timely billing, support requisitions and work with Bookkeeping to guarantee accuracy of accumulated services.
