Job summary

Netflix is seeking a seasoned Finance Program Manager to lead complex M&A integration workstreams across Core Finance, Tax, FP&A, Treasury, and Finance Product & Technology. You will drive Day 1 readiness, 30/60/90/100-day plans, and risk-mitigated execution, coordinating with Legal, Talent, Technology, and IMO teams.

The role requires a BA/BS in business or finance, 7+ years in finance, and 3+ years in M&A integrations, with travel to assist globally. A CPA or PMP is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (business or finance preferred).
• 7+ years in finance or finance systems; 5+ years finance project or program management.
• 3+ years leading Finance M&A integrations, including due diligence support, Day 1 planning, and post-close integration.
• Strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles.
• Ability to translate business needs into structured requirements for senior leadership.
• Willingness to travel internationally; comfortable with confidential, high-pressure deal environments.
• CPA or finance accreditation a plus; PMP a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance integration workstreams for M&A transactions from due diligence through Day 1 and Day 100 milestones.
• Maintain a modular Finance Integration Playbook with checklists and 30/60/90/100-day plans.
• Proactively manage risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional deal teams and executive sponsors to deliver integration solutions.
• Serve as the Finance point of contact within the IMO structure and report status and risks.
• Liaise with acquired Finance teams during transitions to minimize disruption.
