Job summary

DATAMARK, Inc. is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee budgeting, forecasting, pricing, and financial analysis across the organization. You will partner with sales, operations, HR, and executive leadership to ensure profitability and scalable growth.

The role requires experience in pricing strategy and financial modeling, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to translate complex operational needs into robust pricing models. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business or economics required.
• Strong pricing, financial modeling and analysis experience with leadership exposure.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to translate operational needs into pricing models.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and forecasts.
• Develop annual and quarterly rolling budgets.
• Monitor actual performance against budget targets.
• Support executive leadership with financial modeling and strategic analysis.
• Identify financial risks and provide mitigation recommendations.
• Review labor costs, staffing plans, and productivity metrics with Operations leadership.
• Assist with pricing models for new opportunities and renewals.
• Evaluate pricing scenarios and financial forecasts for decision-making.
• Present pricing strategies and financial assumptions to executives and stakeholders.
