Job summary

Datavant is seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Finance team and partner across Sales, Operations, and Product. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Finance, you will drive forecasting, budgeting, and data-driven decision support in a high-growth health-tech environment.

The role emphasizes inventory forecasting for data retrieval and medical coding, monthly reforecasts, pricing collaborations, and AI-enabled analytics to improve speed and accuracy of business decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3-4 years of experience in an analytical role at a high-growth tech company, with a focus in finance or operations.
• Advanced Excel modeling and analytical skills; ability to distill complex financial analysis for leaders.
• Genuine passion for and understanding of the healthcare technology industry.
• Collaborative team player flexible across multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Own inventory forecasting for data retrieval and medical coding verticals, monitoring drivers and KPIs to stress-test volume and headcount.
• Support monthly financial reforecasts and contribute to annual operating plans.
• Collaborate with Sales on pricing proposals for new and existing customers, including minimum commitments and enterprise pricing agreements.
• Partner with Operations, Customer Success, and Product on capacity planning and inventory management, tracking initiatives and impact on demand.
• Provide ad hoc financial and operational analysis to support leadership decision-making.
• Leverage AI tools to automate go-to-market workflows and dynamic pricing analysis.
