Daniel Defense, a leader in defense manufacturing, seeks a Manager of Pricing Excellence & Commercial Analytics to strengthen pricing, product costing, and customer tier strategy across channels including e-Commerce, MIL-LE, and Commercial. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial modeling, pricing analysis, margin management, or corporate finance.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and dynamic financial models.
• Experience building business cases and presenting to executives (CFO/senior leaders).
• Strong cost analysis, capital allocation, or valuation skills with pricing linkage to margin.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing models and drive MSRP optimization across the portfolio.
• Partner with NPD and Operations on cost initiatives to improve margins.
• Build costing and margin-bridge models for product profitability.
• Maintain portfolio margin health and channel pricing alignment.
• Create executive-ready analyses and financial models for strategic initiatives.
