Job summary

Stripe is seeking an experienced People Partner for its Finance organization. You will partner with the CFO and Finance leaders to drive a people strategy that builds high-impact, healthy teams and aligns with business priorities.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, use data to shape organizational design, and coach leaders in succession planning, talent retention, and effective collaboration across Stripe.

Qualifications

• 15+ years as a People Partner or equivalent in tech, with growth and scale experience.
• Ability to partner with executive leaders to align people strategy with business priorities.
• Strong analytical, project management, and communication capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and partner with Finance leadership to design and deliver people strategy.
• Advise leaders on organizational design, change management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Develop programs with People teams to address Finance needs and improve team health.
• Use data to inform structure, strategy, and talent planning for Finance.
