WSP USA seeks a highly strategic, commercially focused senior finance leader to advise executive and operational leadership. The role drives financial leadership across a large portfolio, translating strategy into actionable plans and ensuring governance and financial discipline.

Working closely with Finance, Operations, HR, Legal, Corporate Development and other teams, this leader will help drive profitable growth, capital allocation, forecasting accuracy, and long-term enterprise value

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration.
• Professional designation such as CPA/CA/ACCA/CMA/CFA or equivalent.
• 17+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
• Experience in finance business partnering, FP&A, strategic planning, and governance.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the senior finance advisor to business and operational leaders.
• Partner with leadership to develop growth, profitability, and performance strategies.
• Translate priorities into actionable financial and operational plans.
• Lead long-range planning, annual operating plans, forecasting, and modeling.
• Drive governance, controls, and financial reporting across the portfolio.
