Connect Search, LLC is seeking a Business Finance Manager to act as a strategic partner to regional and market leadership. You will drive financial performance through planning, reporting, and analysis, focusing on forecasting, performance management, and investment assessment.

This role collaborates with senior finance and accounting leaders to ensure accuracy, transparency, and strong business execution, influencing profitability and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• MBA or CPA preferred.
• 5–8 years of progressive experience in FP&A or business finance.
• Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills; ERP/BI experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience supporting month-end close and annual planning.
• Ability to influence across functions and seniority levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end financial forecasting with P&L projections and variance analysis.
• Develop and update revenue forecasts to support market leadership decisions.
• Conduct monthly performance reviews with business leaders, highlighting risks and drivers.
• Support month-end close with accounting and operations to ensure reporting integrity.
• Prepare financial models for new opportunities, acquisitions, and capital projects.
• Collaborate with regional and general management to improve profitability.
• Align on financial assumptions, reporting standards, and strategic initiatives with leadership.
