Job summary

Bold is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to drive critical financial analysis, global forecasting, and strategic planning within our Operations group. You will partner with senior management to deliver budgets, assess acquisitions, and track performance metrics in a fast-growing environment.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in finance, advanced financial modeling, and proven ability to present insights to executives. Expect competitive compensation, bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in finance.
• Experience building complex financial models and performing scenario analysis.
• Ability to present analyses to senior executives and partner with multiple departments.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills for forecasting needs.

Responsibilities

• Craft and manage annual, quarterly and monthly budgets and forecasting models.
• Prepare reporting and analysis; maintain dashboards and KPIs.
• Perform cost analysis and investigate variances from forecasts.
• Develop financial models and metrics to measure performance for senior management.
• Analyze deviations from targets and provide insights to leaders.
• Create materials for senior management discussions and reviews.
• Develop presentations that communicate analyses and support decisions.
• Identify opportunities for automation of modeling and processes.
