Eurofins USA Medical Devices is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to lead end-to-end FP&A activities and partner with senior leadership on strategic decisions. You will build scalable financial models, analyze performance, and deliver insights to drive growth and profitability.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 8+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and/or accounting; experience in a client services or laboratory environment is a plus.
• Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, and Power BI for financial modeling and analysis.
• Familiarity with Oracle, Coupa, Great Plains, and ERP systems.
• Collections expertise: establish or improve collections processes and manage client billing cycles.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Generate regular reporting on operational and financial KPIs, identifying trends and opportunities.
• Conduct variance analysis (volume, mix, margin) and propose corrective actions.
• Support M&A activities through financial analysis, due diligence, and valuation; lead post‑acquisition integration.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and strengthen internal controls where needed.
• Lead annual budgeting, build forward-looking financial scenarios, and monitor forecasts.
• Collaborate across functions to provide financial guidance on key business decisions.
• Improve billing, collections, and reporting processes to optimize cash flow and liquidity.
• Identify cost savings and investment opportunities; present management reporting to executives.
