Job summary

Eurofins USA Medical Devices seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to own financial performance, partner with senior leadership, and deliver insights for growth. The role includes building scalable models, analyzing KPIs, and leading a structured collections process to improve liquidity.

The ideal candidate will bring 8+ years of finance experience, strong analytical rigor, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams to drive results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and/or accounting.
• Experience in a client services or laboratory environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Generate regular reporting on operational and financial KPIs, highlighting trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct variance analysis including volume, mix, and margin trends to identify deviations and propose corrective actions.
• Support M&A activities through financial analysis, due diligence, and valuation; lead post-acquisition integration.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and build/maintain financial models to project cash flow and profitability.
• Identify and implement improvements in collections and accounts receivable to optimize cash flow.
