Job summary

Eurofins is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst in St. Louis to own end-to-end financial performance, build dynamic models, and deliver insights for growth. The role emphasizes collections improvement and cross-functional collaboration to drive cash flow and profitability.

Responsibilities include monthly/quarterly reporting, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and due diligence support for M&A. The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in finance and strong Excel/Power BI skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and/or accounting.
• Strong proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, and Power BI.
• Experience with Oracle, Coupa, Great Plains, and ERP systems.
• Collections process expertise and client billing experience.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) for accuracy and insights.
• Generate regular reporting on operational and financial KPIs, highlighting trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct variance analysis including volume, mix, and margin trends to identify deviations from budgets and forecasts.
• Support M&A activities through financial analysis, due diligence, and valuation. Lead post-acquisition financial integration, ensuring alignment of reporting structures, processes, and performance tracking.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and company policies; recommend and implement internal controls where needed.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process, build and maintain financial models, and develop forward-looking scenarios.
• Business Partnering & Strategic Support: Collaborate across segments to provide financial guidance on key decisions and initiatives.
• Working Capital Management: Identify process improvements in billing, collections, and reporting to improve liquidity and cash flow.
• Ad Hoc Projects & Leadership: Lead or support high-impact financial and operational projects.
