Job summary

The Facilities Group (TFG) is hiring a Finance Business Partner to lead FP&A for a portfolio of brands from our Tampa base. You will partner with presidents and operations to own budgets, forecasts, and action plans that drive margin and EBITDA. This is a high-impact, PE-backed environment with growth through acquisitions.

This hybrid role requires strong financial modeling, cross-functional collaboration, and a hands-on approach to improve operating performance across multiple sites and markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive FP&A or finance experience, incl. partnering with P&L owners.
• Demonstrated impact on operating results beyond reporting.
• Experience challenging leaders and driving budgets, forecasts, and action plans.
• Strong financial modelling and ROI skills; advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
• GAAP understanding; experience with Workday Adaptive Planning, BI tools, and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the FP&A function for assigned brand portfolio, driving revenue, margin, and EBITDA targets.
• Lead monthly business reviews with owners and operations, tracking budgets, forecast accuracy, and action ownership.
• Set KPI targets for labor, gross margin, profitability, and collections; push for results.
• Identify underperforming accounts and lead corrective actions including pricing, scope, or exits.
• Own annual budget and rolling forecasts; ensure sign-off and forecast accuracy.
• Review pricing, bids, renewals, and ROI for capital and headcount decisions; support strategic investments.
• Coordinate with Accounting Shared Services for month-end close to ensure complete, accurate numbers.
• Advise leadership with a clear point of view on performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Support acquisitions and integration into FP&A processes; enable Workday Adaptive Planning adoption.
• Help build scalable processes, standardize reports across brands, and drive automation for analysis.
