Job summary

PPL Corporation is seeking an IT Project Coordinator to bridge technology delivery and IT Finance, embedded in the IT Value Stream. You will partner with IT Finance FBPs and Technology Value Stream Leads to translate real-time agile delivery metrics into accurate financial forecasts, owning data integrity and using Apptio Planning and Jira to optimize a multi‑million‑dollar technology portfolio.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Project Management, MIS, or a related field.
2 to 4 years of experience working as a project coordinator, PMO analyst, or financial coordinator within an enterprise technology or corporate finance environment.
Technical Platform Exposure: Practical experience tracking project deliverables via Jira, Azure DevOps, Clarity, or alternative PPM software.
Financial & Core Math Literacy: Comfort working with budgets, tracking financial milestones, and managing Excel spreadsheets. Prior experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) or Agile velocity models is a plus.

Responsibilities

Delivery governance: track leading indicators, CPI, and DPI metrics and ensure accurate reflection of progress.
Apptio System & Financial Control: maintain monthly rolling forecasts, classify CapEx/OpEx, reconcile vendor invoices.
Rolling Forecast Collaboration: co-author rolling forecasts with FBPs and ensure accuracy within ±3% variance.
KPIs: maintain 100% EDI input accuracy, forecast variance control, clean Apptio data, and timely vendor invoice validation.
