Job summary

WSP is seeking an IT Finance Analyst to bridge finance with IT operations, supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial control of the US IT Business Line. You will partner with IT leaders to drive performance, cost optimization, and strategic investments.

The role requires senior-level FP&A experience, strong communication, and ability to challenge assumptions while delivering actionable financial guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration or related field.
• Professional accounting/finance designation is a plus.
• 7–10 years progressive finance experience, including 3 years in FP&A/partnering.
• Experience with IT organizations, tech portfolios, and capital planning is preferred.
• Ability to translate data into executive insights and clear recommendations.
