Job summary

MPW Industrial Services, Inc. seeks a strategic Finance Business Partner to be the primary financial advisor to an assigned division. You will lead planning, forecasting, performance analysis, and decision support, connecting financial results to operational activity to improve profitability and working capital.

You will partner with operational leaders, develop driver-based models, and manage budgeting, long-range planning, and KPI dashboards while mentoring finance resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business required or equivalent.
• MBA or CPA preferred.
• Seven+ years of progressive finance, FP&A, or related experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, working capital, profitability, and key operational drivers.
• Demonstrated experience building financial models, forecasts, dashboards, and reporting packages.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for leadership.
• Serve as the primary finance partner to assigned operational leadership, providing ongoing financial insight and decision support.
• Lead segment-level budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning tied to operational activity.
• Analyze forecast accuracy, business trends, risks, and opportunities and improve projection reliability.
• Lead or support performance reviews explaining key drivers of revenue, profitability, expenses, cash flow, and other metrics.
• Identify actions to improve profitability, pricing, productivity, labor efficiency, and operational performance.
• Prepare scenario, sensitivity, and what-if analyses for opportunities, pricing decisions, and investments.
• Develop and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and financial narratives linking results to operating activity.
• Monitor accounts receivable, billing, collections, and unbilled revenue; support capital spending and fleet-related costs.
