Job summary

Vantor is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance to partner with business and functional leaders, shaping pricing strategy and execution. Translate priorities into financial plans and develop pricing approaches balancing value, competitiveness, risk, and profitability.

You will work with Finance, Sales, Operations, Contracts, and executive leadership to drive forecasts, budgets, and long-range planning, leveraging AI/automation to improve performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field, or equivalent.
• Eight+ years of finance, FP&A, pricing, or related experience.
• Experience building financial models, forecasts, and pricing analyses.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, margins, and investments.
• Ability to synthesize complex financial data for executives.
• Experience leading teams or cross-functional initiatives.
• Advanced Excel and AI/automation tools experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as finance partner to business leaders, providing insights and recommendations.
• Lead FP&A including planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance management.
• Analyze revenue, margin, costs, investments, and performance; identify drivers and risks.
• Build business cases, scenario analyses, and financial models for decisions.
• Present results and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Support pricing strategy and financial analysis for opportunities and renewals.
• Collaborate with GTM, Contracts, Ops to craft pricing recommendations.
• Develop pricing models considering costs, customers, market dynamics, and risks.
• Evaluate deal economics and facilitate reviews with senior stakeholders.
• Improve pricing governance, tools, and performance reporting.
