Vantor is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance to partner with business and functional leaders, shaping financial plans and pricing strategies. You will translate priorities into analyses, build models, and provide decision support for growth opportunities.

This role collaborates across Finance, Sales, Operations, Contracts, and leadership to drive profitability and governance. This position emphasizes leadership, forecast accuracy, and using AI/automation to improve efficiency within the US

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in finance.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in finance, FP&A, pricing, or related field.
• Experience building financial models, forecasts, and pricing analyses.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, margins, and investment decisions.
• Ability to synthesize complex financial data for executives.
• Experience leading teams or cross-functional initiatives.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and AI/automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary finance partner to assigned leaders, providing financial insights and recommendations.
• Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance management.
• Analyze revenue, margin, cost, investment, and operational performance; identify drivers and risks.
• Develop business cases, scenarios, and models to support strategic decisions.
• Prepare and present financial results and recommendations to executives.
• Support pricing strategy and financial analysis for new opportunities and engagements.
• Collaborate with GTM, Contracts, Operations to develop pricing recommendations.
• Build pricing models considering costs, market dynamics, and contracts.
