FinStrat Management, Inc. is seeking a Finance Business Partner to drive strategic finance and accounting initiatives. This hands-on role blends finance expertise with project management, coordinating resources across client organizations and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will gather requirements, define objectives, and translate needs into actionable plans. Strong Excel skills, communication, and the ability to work independently are essential for success in this multi-client environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in finance, accounting, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong finance/accounting concepts and business process knowledge.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data focus.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional finance and accounting projects from requirements gathering through implementation.
• Work with client stakeholders and internal teams to define project objectives and requirements.
• Coordinate resources across client organizations and internal teams to move initiatives forward.
• Translate business requirements into clear project plans, action items, and deliverables; hand off to leadership for execution.
• Track progress, identify issues, and follow up to keep on schedule.
• Support projects like accounting system changes, QuickBooks restructuring, and reporting improvements.
