Zusammenfassung

CRC Group seeks an experienced Finance Leader to own the financial performance of a key business segment. You will partner with Program Leaders, drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, and translate complex data into actionable insights for executive decisions.

The role involves month-end close support, financial reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize profitability and cash flow. Strong communication and data visualization skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work and educational experience.
• Minimum five (5) years of progressively responsible finance, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, or financial analysis experience.
• Ability to create, manage, analyze, and interpret complex data sets and translate findings into clear reporting and business recommendations.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with business leaders or operational stakeholders to evaluate financial performance and support data-driven decisions.
• Strong working knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial reporting, and month-end close processes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and provide timely financial insights in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Independently serve as the primary finance owner and point of contact for the assigned business segment, unit, or vertical.
• Develop and maintain understanding of the program’s financial structure, revenue drivers, expenses, and performance objectives.
• Prepare, interpret, and present monthly financial results, including revenue, expenses, profitability, cash flow, trends, risks, opportunities, and other KPIs.
• Perform variance analysis against budget, forecast, prior periods, and objectives; research discrepancies and communicate insights.
• Maintain forecasts, planning and operational metrics focusing on defined KPI’s.
• Act as a financial advisor to Program Leaders by reviewing performance and recommending actions.
• Support daily and month-end accounting activities and reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial packages, explanations, and management reporting.
• Support financial close activities and validate transactions across accounts and programs.
• Participate in finance-related system testing, process improvements, and automation.
• Maintain documentation, reconciliation support, and control evidence; provide backup coverage.
• Lead and support ad hoc financial analysis and business case development.
