Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years related experience in operations, business administration or finance.
• Budget management experience required.
• Financial forecasting experience required.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM is a plus.
• HR experience is a plus.
• Demonstrates a commitment to achieving health equity.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage NYC REACH financial processes and budgets.
• Track staff allocation on grants and forecast staffing.
• Prepare monthly financial status updates for NYC REACH leadership.
• Collaborate with BEHS, FPHNY and DOHMH finance teams to reconcile budgets.
• Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Support team culture activities and staff satisfaction surveys.
• Other duties as assigned to support department goals.
