Job summary

Mesh is seeking a senior financial leader to own the company’s numbers, budgets, forecasts, and board financials, and to run the operating cadence with data-driven calls on what’s working and what isn’t.

You will build driver-based models for revenue, expenses, headcount and subsidies, oversee the quarterly board materials, manage the P&L flux, and partner with BizOps and Corporate Development on acquisitions and capital allocation. This role requires deep analytics and hands-on data work.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in strategy/finance with fintech or high-growth experience.
• Led end-to-end budgeting processes and board reporting.
• Strong modeling, including M&A or investment models.
• Hands-on with data and AI tools to drive decisions.
• Ability to challenge senior leaders with data.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual budget and monthly forecast across ten departments.
• Build driver-based operating model for revenue, expenses and headcount.
• Own the quarterly board financials and monthly management pack.
• Lead the monthly P&L flux review and financial statement package.
• Run business reviews with BizOps and OKR cadence.
• Define metric definitions and ensure consistency across teams.
• Lead the finance workstream on acquisitions and integration.
