You will drive reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning while partnering with Data Science to develop dashboards and improve processes. A strong finance background and GAAP knowledge are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Finance or related field; 4 years in strategic finance or FP&A.
• Build integrated models from scratch in Excel or Anaplan.
• Experience in high-growth technology or financial services.
• Data visualization and dashboarding.
• Python or large datasets experience.
• GAAP accounting principles knowledge.
• Scenario modeling, unit economics, variance analysis.
• Develop and monitor business performance metrics: EBITDA, ROI, FCF, Operating Margin.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic and business decisions with financial analysis.
• Design analyses to measure ROI of headcount and expenses.
• Drive finance reporting, budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans.
• Build and own models for in-depth analyses and ensure quality.
• Define metrics and leading indicators of business performance.
• Partner with Data Science to develop dashboards.
• Drive process improvements and reporting enhancements.
• Build and use AI tools, Google Sheets, and SQL to aid analysis.
