Job summary

Educative is seeking a Director of Finance and Operations in Bellevue, WA. This strategic leader will oversee finance, operations, legal, HR, and compliance across the U.S. and Pakistan, driving financial performance and scalable infrastructure.

You will partner with the executive team on budgeting, forecasting, cash management, tax, audits, and ERP optimization (NetSuite) to enable sustainable growth. Hybrid work with three days in the Bellevue office.

Qualifications

• Experience leading finance and operations in global/high-growth environments.
• Strong knowledge of forecasting, budgeting, cash management, and GAAP.
• Proficiency with NetSuite and financial analytics tools.
• Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Advise CEO and senior leadership using financial analysis and data-driven insights.
• Lead short- and long-term forecasting, revenue and expense projections.
• Oversee global financial reporting, close processes, and consolidations.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP, international standards, and tax laws.
• Drive ERP and tool integrations, including NetSuite, for scalability.
• Manage HR, legal, and administrative operations as needed.
