Job summary

Educative in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Director of Finance and Operations to lead financial strategy, oversee accounting, treasury, legal, HR and compliance across the U.S. and Pakistan, and drive scalable processes.

You will partner with the executive team to inform strategy, manage budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and audits, ensuring GAAP compliance and efficient operations in a fast-growing, global environment.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in finance and operations, preferably global or high-growth environments.
• Strong knowledge of forecasting, budgeting, cash management, and GAAP accounting.
• Experience with NetSuite and financial analytics/reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Advise CEO and senior leadership using financial analysis and data-driven insights.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, cash management, and risk assessment.
• Oversee financial reporting, close processes, and multi-currency consolidations.
• Ensure GAAP compliance, tax planning, audits, and regulatory filings.
• Drive operational excellence, ERP optimization, and cross-functional alignment.
