Educative, a hands-on learning platform for software developers, seeks a Director of Finance and Operations to drive financial performance, operational scalability, and regulatory compliance across the U.S. and Pakistan.

You will lead forecasting, treasury, multi-currency close, ERP enhancements (NetSuite), and partner with the CEO to align finance with strategy while managing HR, legal, and compliance in a hybrid Bellevue office.

Formación

• Proven leadership in finance and operations, preferably global or high-growth.
• Strong forecasting, budgeting, cash management, and GAAP knowledge.
• Experience with NetSuite and financial analytics/reporting tools.
• Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Advise the CEO and senior leadership on strategic and operational issues using financial analysis and data-driven insights.
• Lead long- and short-term financial forecasting, budgeting, and cash management.
• Oversee global financial reporting, close processes, and multi-currency consolidations.
