Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CMA or CPA certification is a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Finalize corporate monthly, quarterly and annual submissions.
• Prepare monthly management reporting package (Bridge, FTB/Sourcing, Flash OL/Actuals).
• Produce divisional financial reporting and scorecards.
• Support Sales/Marketing with pricing and negotiations.
• Own US financial reporting, reviews and reconciliations.
• Approve/payments and manage ad hoc analyses.
• Lead ITW Toolbox initiatives and process improvements.
• Talent management and development within the team.
