Job summary

ITW Deltar Fasteners in Wisconsin is seeking an Operations Controller to drive the division’s financial integrity and strategic direction. You will own timely reporting, planning, and forecasting while partnering with sales, marketing, and operations to influence decisions.

You will lead and coach teams, applying the ITW toolbox and 80/20 principles to unlock opportunities and improve efficiency. Your work will shape profitability across the division and support senior management with

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Accounting or Finance; CMA or CPA a plus.
• 6+ years in Accounting with strong P&L and Balance Sheet reporting.
• Ability to analyze data and prepare forecasts.
• Meet deadlines under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Identify opportunities for simplification and best practices.
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision; strong cross-level communication.
• Leadership capability and talent development skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Travel up to 20% domestically.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Finalize corporate monthly, quarterly and annual submissions.
• Prepare and own Annual Operating Plan P&L and Long Range Plan P&L.
• Manage monthly management reporting package (Bridge, Price/Cost, FTB/Sourcing, Flash OL/Actuals, Mid-Month).
• Produce Divisional consolidated financial reporting (Mid-Month / Flash Outlook / Forecasts).
• Own Full US Financials - review, approval, reconciliations.
• Oversee payment approval and review.
• Support Sales/Marketing with pricing & negotiations.
• Lead ITW Toolbox initiatives and talent management.
• Act as backup for Division Controller & Assistant Controller.
• Ad hoc projects/analysis as requested.
